10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be brought in the courts of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria.

11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental regulations, or interruptions of service by third-party providers. In the event of such an occurrence, the affected party shall be granted an extension of time to fulfill its obligations equal to the duration of the force majeure event.

12. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or other corporate restructuring.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kechland International, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Any infringement of third-party rights by you or your authorized users

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
